The development of the Ehi! application involved user interviews and user testing. The concept arose from the anecdotal experiences of our group members and interviewees. Many newcomers living in Lugano find it challenging to make new friends and find nightlife events to attend. Additionally, locals showed interest in meeting new people and having an additional platform to be informed about nightlife events in the city.
